- Keep in mind that conference activities run from early morning of Friday, September 26, through late morning on Sunday, September 28. Registration opens Thursday afternoon.
- The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center rate for attendees of the event is at a discounted room rate of $195 per night. Please help The LAM Foundation fulfill its financial commitment to the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center by reserving your room only through the link or telephone reservation line. When you book your room through online travel sites, you decrease our ability to secure the entire hotel for the weekend and meet our projected room quota.
- The special rate expires at 5 PM Central Time, September 3, 2025, or when all rooms in our block have been sold. We encourage you to book as early as possible to secure the discounted rate.
Pet-Friendly:
The Westin is pet friendly! There is a maximum of 2 domesticated pets per room, and a non-refundable $25 daily pet cleaning fee applies. Please contact the hotel for more details.
Parking
The Westin Hotel has garage parking available with in and out privileges. Self-service parking is $29 per night; Valet parking is $39 per night.*

Oxygen Delivery
For patients having oxygen delivered to the Westin, please work with your oxygen supplier and insurance a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the conference date to ensure the timely delivery of your order. The hotel does NOT allow you to pick up the equipment at the front desk but will deliver directly to and from your room.
