Lisa Paschal

Circle of Hope Coordinator

An unexpected lung collapse in 1986 marked the beginning of Lisa’s journey living with LAM. A pivotal moment came when Lisa reached out to the LAM Foundation, finding not just support but a compassionate cheerleader on the other end of that call.

Lisa’s story is one of resilience, advocacy, and a commitment to fostering positive change. As she continues her journey, Lisa is dedicated to raising awareness about LAM, offering support to those in need, and inspiring others to embrace a life filled with hope and purpose.

With a successful career as a public health dietitian and the joy of raising two daughters, Lisa faced a new chapter in 2014 – a double lung transplant at UCSF. Having been a volunteer mentor, Lisa is now well-equipped to continue spreading hope and knowledge, especially in the realm of pre and post-transplant experiences.

Lisa volunteers at local farms and feeding programs in her town and loves to mountain bike, hike and spend time with her family and dogs.
