CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

You are invited to submit an abstract for The LAM Foundation 2015 Lymphangioleiomyomatosis International Research Conference. Studies on basic, translational, and clinical/psychosocial aspects of tuberous sclerosis and lymphangioleiomyomatosis are welcomed. If you are interested in submitting your work, please visit our grants/abstract website to register and complete the application prior to the deadline on Monday, December 15, 2014.

The LAM Foundation only accepts abstracts via its grant website - CLICK HERE

Abstracts will be reviewed by the conference organizers and members of the Scientific Advisory Board. Platform and poster presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts based on scientific merit and thematic considerations. Up to eight Francis G. Byrnes Platform Presentation Awards ($1,000 for Conference related expenses) may be distributed.   In addition, there will be a prize awarded to the poster judged to be the most meritorious in basic science, clinical and translational fields.

Notification of acceptance and selection for presentation in platform or poster format will be issued to the submitting author via email sometime after Monday, January 19, 2015. This will provide time for presenters to register for the conference before the Friday, February 27, 2015 deadline and allow enough time to make airline reservations at least 3 weeks in advance.

Please contact Judy Sheridan (jsheridan@thelamfoundation.org) if you have any questions.

We look forward to receiving your abstract submission!
